Thomas A. Fitzgerald, II 
Tom is a native of Newport News, Virginia and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in 1985. He received his law degree from the College of William and Mary Marshall - Wythe School of Law in 1988. Tom was associated with a law firm in Newport News for fifteen years. He then spent over a decade as a managing trial attorney with a major automobile insurance company. Tom has tried jury trials in every jurisdiction in Eastern Virginia, as well as United States District Courts in Norfolk and Baltimore. Tom now spends 100% of his practice in personal injury litigation and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He is also a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Newport News Bar Association.
Tom has been seen on the local Hampton Roads Show "Legal Matters" Segment sharing Legal Tips on how to save lives. It airs on WAVY News 10 in Hampton Roads.
Tom lives in Newport News with his wife and three sons. When not working, Tom enjoys cycling, golfing, coaching church league basketball and spending time with his family.
